THE MAGICAL INGREDIENTS:

DEAD SEA SALT: Extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, most notably Magnesium, Calcium, Bromide, Sulfur, Sodium, and Zinc. Sea salts increase circulation, balance skin moisture, combat fluid retention, and ward off stress.

EPSOM SALT: Valued for it's therapeutic benefits, Epsom salts relax the body and ease stress thanks to it's high concentration of Magnesium. Additionally, eases sore muscles, soothes skin, and is mildly detoxing.

PINK HIMALAYAN SALT: Naturally rich in over 80 nourishing and skin-replenishing minerals. Himalayan salts promote circulation and soothe sore muscles while cleansing and detoxifying the skin, leaving it smoother and softer.

JASMINE + PATCHOULI + ROSEWOOD + YLANG YLANG: a blend of warm, sensual aromas. Inspiring femininity, feelings of love, desire, and beauty.

The Good Hippie™ is a small-batch, natural, artisan line of skincare + beauty, handcrafted in Austin, Texas. We believe the ritual of the bath and daily skincare routine should be a time of indulgence. A time to breathe deeply, and nurture the body and mind.

We know that real ingredients produce real results. It is with this intention that we source the highest quality, therapeutic-grade, freshest, most vibrant gifts of the Earth to inspire our products.

Our formulas are concentrated, containing only ingredients that have been carefully selected for their beneficial properties and ability to enhance, nourish, and protect.

SHIPPING

We ship within 24 hours of receiving an order and ship with the fastest delivery available. Many orders ship in 2-3 business days.

While we believe in magic, we aren't wizards. Yet : ). If a package has been shipped, we then treat order edits on a case-by-case basis, sticking to our return policy details (see below).

Methods and Estimated Transit Times

We ship most packages using USPS. Unless otherwise posted, we process and pack orders within 24 hours and estimate that our packages arrive to you within 5 business days. You will be able to track your package with a link we send via the shipping confirmation email. 

RATES

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders (in the USA) on orders $50+
  • Orders under $50 will have a $5 flat rate (or less, depending on product weight) option at checkout
  • If you're interested in other options, you can also find these at checkout

Please note:
  • Orders that come in after noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday, first thing

  • Please understand that we're not able to control any delays from USPS

  • We do not ship outside of the continental US at this time 

RETURNS

Easy peasy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1) Email us first and we'll give you the best return address + we want to make it right! If we can help, we sincerely want to.

2) Next, you will choose your shipping method and pay to have the products shipped back to us, and we'll process your full purchase price refund within 10 business days of returning to our warehouse.

We do not charge any additional fees to process returns. All you have to pay is the shipping back to our warehouse. 

What items can be returned?

You may return unused items that haven't been opened, used, or sampled with their packaging and tags in new condition. The return must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase date.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept items past 30 days of the original purchase date, or items that have been damaged or used in any way.

What if I received a damaged item?

Yikes! We know that can happen, but we're sorry. Please report damage within 5 days of receiving your package. Send us a photo of the damage (super helpful for future orders) and a description to io@jupitergoods.co.
